Warranty Coverage Details

MiiNoc products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all skincare and cosmetic items, while our beauty tools are covered by a 3-Year Warranty. This warranty ensures that we will provide replacement parts or a full product replacement at our discretion if any issues arise. Please note that this warranty does not cover refunds of any kind.

Our warranty includes coverage for:

  • Defects in material or workmanship.
  • Performance issues related to product functionality as advertised (e.g., skincare product efficacy or beauty tool operation).
  • Our 100% Leakproof Guarantee for applicable containers.

However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as fading, minor scratches, or surface marks.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper care.
  • Lost or missing accessories.
  • Damage to packaging when the product itself remains undamaged.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

In cases where a limited edition product or specific accessory is no longer available, MiiNoc reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement at our discretion.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your MiiNoc product qualifies for a warranty claim, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your claim:

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our dedicated support team via email at support@miinoc.com with the following details:

  • Your full name (first and last).
  • Email address associated with your purchase.
  • Phone number for contact.
  • The specific MiiNoc product you’re submitting a claim for.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue (reason for the warranty claim).
  • Date of purchase.
  • A photocopy or digital scan of your original receipt.
  • Clear photos showing the product issue.
  • Your shipping address for sending the repaired or replacement product.

Step 2: Product Return (If Required)

In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us for inspection. If this is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ensure a hassle-free return. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Step 3: Resolution

Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and provide a resolution within 5 business days. We will either repair the product, replace the defective part, or send a comparable replacement product, depending on the nature of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage. Always purchase directly from MiiNoc or our authorized partners to ensure warranty eligibility.
  • We recommend retaining your original receipt and taking photos of any issues as soon as they arise to expedite the claim process.
