Conditions for Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

We strive to deliver flawless products, but if issues arise, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can request a refund, exchange, or return.
  • Order Error: If we mistakenly ship a different product than what you ordered, you are entitled to an exchange or return.
  • Cancellation of Purchase: You may request a refund or return if you cancel your order, provided the product remains sealed and unused.
  • Non-Delivery Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned due to carrier delivery failure or an incorrect address, MiiNoc will hold the product for up to 15 days. After this period, the item may be disposed of. Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, varying based on your U.S. location.

Refund, Exchange, or Return Procedure

To initiate a refund, exchange, or return, please contact our customer support team at support@miinoc.com or by phone, providing:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for your request.

Our team will review your case and notify you of the decision. MiiNoc reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on the policy terms. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your request, using the original payment method.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel within the first 24 hours and the order has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the order is in processing, a $10 fee will be deducted to cover initial handling costs.

Product Exchanges

MiiNoc accepts exchanges only for sealed and unused products, in compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at support@miinoc.com or by phone with your order number and reason for the exchange.
  • We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.

Exceptions to the Refund, Exchange, or Return Policy

MiiNoc does not accept refund, exchange, or return requests in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
  • Items purchased during discount promotions or sales.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

Shipping Fee Return Policy

If you cancel an order after it has been shipped or decide to return it due to regret (provided all items are sealed and unused), the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
