• Request adjustments if needed (e.g., changes to quantity or product variants).

• If you approve the order details, we’ll proceed with shipping immediately.
• If you request changes, our team will revise the order and send you an updated confirmation for approval.
• If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we will automatically proceed with the original order details to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. To make your shopping experience even better, MiiNoc offers free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be applied, which you can view before completing your purchase.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address during checkout. In the event of delivery issues—such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages—the following applies:

• Undeliverable orders will be held by the carrier for a maximum of 15 days. After this period, the package may be returned to us or disposed of, depending on the carrier’s policy.
• If a reshipment is required due to an error in the provided address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs, which vary based on the destination within the U.S.

Additionally, if your order incurs customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon entering the U.S., these charges are the responsibility of the customer. MiiNoc cannot predict or cover these fees, as they are determined by U.S. customs authorities.
